What Do We Do ?
We want to make the surfacing part of your project a more seamless and cost-effective process rather than emailing endless suppliers who may or may not get back in touch with you.
We will actively go to these vetted, accredited surfacing companies and give you the direct price without any enhanced mark up costs so you can see the true cost for the surfacing work in your play space.
We charge a flat 15% administration charge fee for our service which still means you save hundreds, if not thousands of pounds on your surfacing works.

Simply send us the scope of works you’ve been quoted for by others and we’ll compare the cost with up to 6 surfacing companies to get you the best price possible.
What happens next?
Once you have your quote and agree to go ahead, all payments will be handled by us and all quality checks are completed and signed off between you and ourselves upon completion of the works.
When all parties are happy with the works, a final invoice will be supplied to make payment and all warranty certificates will be issued on behalf of the installation company.
Any issues with the works from a warranty perspective will be dealt with in tandem with the safety surface installation team and ourselves to ensure a swift and smooth resolution.

Did You Know ?
The majority of playgrounds around the UK are surfaced by 1 of a handful of companies, even if your project was installed by leading equipment manufacturers.
This means your surfacing and groundworks will have been marked up by between 20 – 30%, sometimes even 60%, leaving you without additional funds for extra equipment.
Why should we use your service rather than the playground manufacturer?
The choice of who does your work is completely up to you, from our experience we have seen a vast swing in costs for surfacing works which in most cases swallows up to 40-50% of the projects budget.
If you’re simply not happy with the cost of the surfacing works being provided by your chosen supplier, we can provide a leveller for you to make sure you know you are paying a fair price for the works being carried out.
Don’t forget, in most cases your works are being installed by one of the same companies we request the pricing from so you will be getting the same quality of work provided regardless of the overall cost.
What qualifications do the contractors have?
All of our surfacing providers are CHAS registered and adhere to the BS EN 1177 safety standards for safety surfacing across Rubber Wetpour, Rubber Mulch, Bonded Gravel and artificial grass.
Installation Teams are DBS checked and have CSCS cards available for inspection whilst on site. Works are carried out to meet ISO 9001 standards.
Do you quote for repair works?
Repairs can be tricky dependent on the type of damage to the surface and type of surface you have. In normal instances, the repair work will carry a minimum charge from our safety surfacing partners so if your looking for a very small repair, even we may not be able to find a cost-effective solution, however we will be upfront with the solutions and costs so you know exactly what your playing with.
Why can't I see an instant quote ?
Every surfacing job is completely different dependent on the type of existing surface already in place, the type of surface you want to have installed and what type of activity will be taking place on the surface.
All of these factors affect the scope of groundworks, depth of surfacing required and the location of where the work is to take place – for instance within a courtyard area locked in by buildings or in a public open space.
Once we understand all the parameters of the job, we can accurately request and generate you a quote for the true cost of the works without additional fees being added to line the pockets of other companies
